Former Emirates recruiter & Captain, who assessed hundreds of pilots, teaches the exact reasons pilots gets hired by top airlines and how you can lead your next airline selection as the candidate recruiters are begging to hire.
Your continued success is the reason we've built Advanced Interview Course.
It brings you recruitment and operational knowledge you could not get elsewhere and turn it into a skill you can use naturally in your life and when it matters most, show up confident, and give yourself a real shot at any airline interview.
It's not just about knowledge, it's the application that gives you the skills required to change your life.
Our course comes with weekly live sessions that produce long lasting effects.
What we teach works in front of real recruiters.
Don’t just take my word for it. Watch what past clients, now pilots, have said after going through it:
"I know how tough the airline selection process is. I’ve spent nearly two decades in the airline industry, on both sides of the interview table.
Years ago, I failed my first airline assessment with Air France… because I didn’t understand the key aspects of getting selected: how to think, signal, and communicate what the recruiter was really looking for.
That’s exactly why I created Advanced Interview Course — to share the mindset, tools, and recruiter-backed insights I’ve used to assess hundreds of candidates for Emirates, and helped thousands since, land jobs with some of the best airlines in the world."
Most pilots don’t get rejected because they aren’t good enough.
They get rejected because they dont’t know how to show and signal their qualities.
They dont’t understand what recruiters are actually looking for. They get stressed, rambled at the interview or freeze in the Sim. They get thrown off by a comment when all would take is to give it proper perspective.
You need to be convincing and learn to sell yourself.
🎯Yes, it's an interview and you need to sell yourself. You need to do so convincincly whilst remaining humble. The recruiter will gradually convince themselves they should hire you.
🎯To achieve this, you need to have prepared extensively and get to intuitively read the recruiter, but most importantly, you need to communicate extremely well.
🎯This means organising your ideas and using your words and body language really well. This will make you influential at the group interview and convincing at the final interview.
🎯If you communicate well and with assurance, it builds "believability".
🎯When it feels like you truly believe in what you say, it become strongly beliavable on the other side of the table.
It becomes subconsciously very difficult to resist.
🌀Believability creates a very strong subconcsious marker in the recruiter's mind that they should hire you. Nothing will subconsciously influence a recruiter more than feeling how much you believe in what you say and by extension, in yourself.
🌀When a recruiter is subconsciously convinced they should hire you, it's very difficult for them to rationalise not hiring you based on other facts. This is when you get a recruiter colleague surprisingly fighting for a candidate at commission level, even though they might have gotten a lower mark at one of the tests.
Working on these skills will change your life.
🧭You will progress with seamingly little effort and sail through life whilst other stagnate and struggle, constantly wondering why.
🧭 Preparing will give you confidence, working on your communication will give you assurance that brings believability and influence. Recuitment techniques will top things off, helping you use each question as an opportunity.
It's a real art.
I call this recuitment Aikido🥋
When you master it, surprising things happen.
And the good news, it's not even that difficult. A few hours on a well designed course and attending weekly live sessions is all it takes to produce life changing results.
To teach you these simple skills and give your life a decisive change is exactly why I built this course.
Not to overwhelm you with theory, but to give you what really matters when the stakes are high:
✅ How to explain and frame your experience with confidence and communicate it clearly.
✅ How to stay calm and structured and turn every question to your advantage.
✅ How to answer questions in a way that is so convincing at recruiters get subconsiously seduced.
✅ How to walk into the room knowing exactly what they’re evaluating, and give them what they want in a format they can use, so the interview feels easy and the decision to hire you, an obvious one.
It’s everything I wish someone had shown me before my first interview
📈So if you’re feeling unsure about how to prepare or just don’t want to “wing it” without these key skills, this course will be the best investment you'll ever make.
Think about how much it will save you:
❌ Failing means waiting without income for 6 to 12 more months, preparing again, travelling for assessments, losing seniority and momentum, taking the risk of a market change. Lost income and seniority alone will lose you, on average, 20 times the value of this course. Much more still if you're an ab-initio and now need to factor in finding the funds for flight training, which could take you 5 to 10 years. Thousands of pilots fail unnecessarily and waste considerable income each year. Some of them even give up when they could have perfectly passed.
You're just a few steps away from success:
✅ Success on the other hand, is the most wonderful feeling in the world. This feeling of validation, of intense satisfaction. The cheering that goes inside and around you. I can still remember when I got BA's call 20 years ago now. It brings home so many memories. This is all I want for you. Great achievements mean considerable work and dedication.
Every pilot in the world needs this course:
✅This course has been needed for years. When you think of what this it brings in confidence and success I'm confident in saying every pilot in the world should have access to it once in their career. It is likely to repay itself very quickly, probably the best investment of your life.

Absolutely. Many pilots take this course after a failed selection — and then succeed. Why? Because they finally learn how the process really works from the recruiter’s side. We’ll show you exactly where things tend to go wrong and how to fix it.
Yes — because the worst thing you can do is wait until you’re under pressure to prepare. The pilots who win selections are the ones who train before the opportunity arrives. This course gives you lifetime access so you can revisit it as many times as needed.
Yes — Guillaume hosts live Q&A calls and group practice sessions every two weeks. You can ask questions live, get feedback, and refine your preperation.
Of course. You’ll be invited to the private AIC Discord community where past students and the team help answer questions, give advice, and keep you accountable.
That’s exactly why this course exists. Most pilots aren’t. This isn’t about being charismatic — it’s about structure, mindset, and knowing how to respond when the pressure’s on. You’ll walk away with real strategies you can rely on — not fluff or vague confidence tips.
Many candidates feel this way — especially after spending hours prepping, reading forums, or going through airline feedback. But if you’re still unsure how to lead the interview, communicate clearly under pressure, or frame your answers with confidence… there’s still work to do. This course fills the exact gap between “prepared” and “chosen.”
